Aim and responsibilities of the institution
The German-European Institute of Journalism is organized as an idealistic association which exclusively and proximately pursues charitable and beneficent goals.
Function of the institution is the support of vocational and national education as well as science and research. This goes hand in hand with the support of persons in need of help. Fundamental responsibilities of the German-European Institute of Journalism include:
- The support of educational establishments
- Execution of academic events and research projects
- Assignment of research projects
- Exchanging of academic, economic and technical information
The German-European Institute of Journalism does not pursue political or ideological goals. The institute is recognized as a non-profit organization.
